Alice Anne's Very Nice Summer Salad

Ingredients
2 Boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (Original Recipe) 2 lbs. cooked, shelled shrimp 1 Large green bell pepper, diced 1 Small jar pimento, diced 1/2 C lemon juice 1/2 C celery, diced 1/2 C mushrooms, lightly sautéed, cooled and sliced 1/2 C mayonnaise Directions
Cook rice and cool.
Add remaining ingredients and chill.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Makes 6-8 servings.
