Recipe

Jennifer's Salsa

Ingredients

2 Cans black beans, washed and drained
1 Can whole kernel corn, drained
4 Medium chopped tomatoes
Chopped red onion, to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro, to taste
1/3 Cup olive oil
Tortilla chips

Optional:
Small can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (for a kick!)

Directions

Stir ingredients together.

Serve chilled with chips.

Now that tomatoes are on the vine and we'll soon have many to give away (or our friends will, I hope), here's a way to serve up some!
