Shrimp Salad Sandwiches


Ingredients

1 can of small shrimp
8 oz. cream cheese
Garlic salt
Milk
Bread (crusts removed)
Watercress or parsley for garnish

Directions

Mix shrimp with cream cheese. Add garlic salt to taste. Thin with milk, adding a very little bit at a time, to spreading consistency. Spread on your favorite bread, top with another slice of bread, and cut into triangles. Top with watercress or parsley, and you're done!

These tea sandwiches are quick to make and great to serve with punch or tea, for lunch or as a snack by the pool!
