Recipe
Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
Here's a recipe that my producer, Christy, raves about. Your body will, too, when you enjoy these fresh fruits for good health!
For salsa: 1 red apple (Christy likes Fuji, but you can use whatever variety you like) 1 Granny Smith apple 1 quart strawberries 2 kiwi fruit 1 cup white grapes (chopped) 1 cup red grapes (chopped) 3 tsp raspberry preserves
For chips: 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
For chips: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray each side of tortillas with non-stick cooking spray or water. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla pizza-style with pizza cutter to make 8 triangle chips. Place on baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown and crisp. Cool and store in bag or container for later use.
For salsa: Chop all fruit into small pieces and combine in large bowl. Add raspberry preserves and mix gently. For an added flavor and color, you can add some orange zest to mixture. Substitute another flavor of preserves and vary fruit with preference.
Serve with cinnamon chips. Forward to a Friend Print this Page
