This recipe comes from Bob Wechsler who, with his wife Sherry, shared the story of Bob's son Crist's death at age 28. He also shared how 100 people were helped by Crist's choice to be an organ donor before he died so unexpectedly. Bob also shared Crist's favorite cupcake recipe! Stop by Bob and Sherry's restaurant, "The Cattle Club Cafe" in Elbow Lake, MN and tell them Phyllis sent you! I found their deeply moving, beautiful story to be life changing. You will, too. It's on "Woman to Woman" the week of April 25, 2009, or catch it at your leisure anytime at womantowomanradio.com. Check out the picture that accompanies this recipe to see the organ donor sign posted at "The Cattle Club Cafe". See below for a picture of Bob and Sherry!
