Blue Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients
1 cup grated blue cheese 1 cup grated cheddar 1 cup diced onion 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into ramekin. Place ramekin in a water bath, and bake in a 300 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve as a hot appetizer with apple slices or crisp toast.
