Recipe

Blue Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients

1 cup grated blue cheese
1 cup grated cheddar
1 cup diced onion
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into ramekin. Place ramekin in a water bath, and bake in a 300 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve as a hot appetizer with apple slices or crisp toast.

My family enjoyed Jim Fiala's great spread/dip shared above for you to serve to delighted guests year 'round. Jim called his wife, Melissa, who drove over to share stories and reminisce about when she was in high school with our kids! We all posed for a picture, which is posted above this recipe! DO stop by their The Crossing next time you're in St. Louis. Every single bite and whiff, totally pleasing to the palate. Say "hi" to Jim for me!
