Aunt Betty's Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients

2 eggs
1 C sugar
1 C canned pumpkin
1/4 t salt
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t cloves

1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 stick of butter, melted
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, salt, and spices well. Add melted butter and evaporated milk and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down to 350 and cook till set and a silver knife comes out clean (about 40-50 minutes).
