Dr. Becca Johnson

Featured on Woman to Woman on February 05, 2011.

Dr. Becca Johnson has a passion to "help the hurting heal." She is currently the clinical director of Courage House, a home for young girls rescued from the sex trade here in the United States. For over 15 years, she has been involved with Royal Family Kids Camps in both the U.S. and South America -- a residential summer camp program for abused and neglected children.

A licensed psychologist for over 20 years, Johnson received her doctorate from the University of Southern California and, over the years, has worked as the director of a counseling center in Vancouver, Canada, and at a center providing counseling for abused children, adolescents and their families.

Johnson is the author of books on child abuse, guilt and anger. During her travels she assists in counselor training with those who work with victims of human trafficking, specifically in those situations involving sexually abused and exploited minors.
