Todd Sipe has been Thrivent Financial Bank's president and CEO since 2006. In this role, he oversees Thrivent Financial Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. He has overall leadership and profit-and-loss responsibility for all bank functions and is responsible for setting policies, developing bankwide strategies, and ensuring their successful execution. Sipe is also a member of Thrivent Bank's board of directors.

Amy Shaw is vice president of education and community engagement for KETC Channel 9, a community organization serving St. Louis. She has led projects on teacher training, foster care, healthcare, the impact of race and economics on the community, and the state of education in St. Louis. She is currently leading a collaborative initiative on the impact of the mortgage crisis.

Kelly Corday is midday host on St. Louis-based Y98 FM. She is the mother of three children -- Daniel, Mary, and Jonathan. She's worked in radio since 1999 and enjoys running and cycling with her children in her free time.
