Raymond Walls is a decorated soldier who served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War. In 1967 he was awarded the Silver Star Medal for valor at the age of 20 and added to that another 11 service awards for his wartime contributions. In the letter he received for his Silver Star, M.W. Kendall, colonel and chief of staff, wrote, "Private First Class Walls' personal bravery and devotion to duty are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military service and reflect great credit upon himself, the 9th Infantry Division, and the United States Army."


Donn Mark Garton grew up in the Philadelphia area. After graduating from Penn State University, he held a number of management positions. In 2005 he moved to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to work for a communications company: Alive Interactive Media. At present he is director of business development for this firm.
