Catherine Hart Weber is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice in Pasadena, California. She helps others as a Christian therapist, life coach and spiritual director.

Helping individuals maximize their lives and relationships is the thrust of Hart Weber's book, Flourish: Discover the Daily Joy of Abundant, Vibrant Living. Integrating the best of Christian spiritual formation, neuroscience and faith-based positive psychology, she offers practical ideas that build healthy coping skills, stronger relationships and an improved sense of well being.
As a presenter at universities, professional seminars, and conferences for couples and women, Hart Weber shares her insights and strategies for enhanced living. In Sierra Madre, Calif., she also co-conducts a women's get-together -- Strength For The Journey Retreat -- which is designed to "help each woman find strength, support, and encouragement for her particular life journey."
Born and raised in South Africa, Hart Weber came to America in the mid-70s. She completed a B.A. in psychology and kinesiology at UCLA. She also has a master's degree in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a doctorate in marriage and family therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Psychology.
